This policy explains what Mega Corporate Futsal collects, why, and what happens to it. MCF is organised by Blum Creatives, and Blum Creatives is responsible for the information collected through this website.
We only collect what a form actually asks for:
MCF does not ask for and does not store card numbers, CVV codes, PINs or one time passwords. No one from MCF or Blum Creatives will ever request them by phone, email or message. If you receive such a request, it is not from us. Please report it to info@megacorporatefutsal.com.
Almost nothing you submit is public. Contact details, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, IP addresses and the raw contents of any form are never published on this website.
Two things do become public, and only with your agreement:
Submissions are stored on the hosting account for this website, in a private area that the web server does not serve to visitors. Uploaded original photographs are held in the same private area, and only a signed in administrator can view them.
Registration and accreditation records are kept as a record of the tournament. Verification records are kept permanently so that an ID card issued today can still be checked years from now. Anything else is kept only as long as it is needed to answer you.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the hosting provider that runs this website, and where the law requires it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to remove a public profile. Write to info@megacorporatefutsal.com from the address you used, and we will act on it. Removing a public profile does not delete the record of accreditation that was issued.
The public pages of this website do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in, and it is used purely to keep that person signed in.
